摘    要:对油酸钠(A0)和新型改性脂肪酸类捕收剂A6的粒度和溶解特性进行了研究, 结果表明, 在常温、低温(15~30 ℃)条件下,相对于A0, A6具有更好的分散性和溶解性, 所以更易于与矿物作用。浮选试验结果表明, A6对含铁硅酸盐矿物绿泥石的浮选捕收作用明显优于油酸钠, 具有显著的选择性和较好的浮选温度适应性。

Abstract:Research results of particle size and solubility properties of sodium oleate (A0) and a newly-modified fatty acid collector A6 show that A6 possesses better dispersibility and solubility than A0 at normal or low temperatures (15~30 ℃), and it is more liable to react with the minerals. The flotation test shows that, compared with A0, A6 is more favorable in terms of collecting chlorite, an iron-bearing silicate ore, and exhibits pronounced selectivity, better adaptability to flotation temperature.
