辽宁某银矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对辽宁某银矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用1次粗选、2次扫选、4次精选、中矿依次返回流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占79.86%、调整剂Na2CO3用量1 000 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量300 g/t、组合捕收剂乙黄药与丁铵黑药总用量100 g/t(用量比1∶1)、起泡剂2#油用量40 g/t条件下,对银品位为74.67 g/t的原矿进行浮选试验,最终获得银精矿品位2 398.21 g/t、回收率92.03%的闭路浮选指标。试验结果可为该矿石及相关矿石的合理开发提供参考。

Abstract:A flotation test was conducted for a silver ore from Liaoning Province by adopting a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of scavenging and four stages of clean, with the middlings of each stage sequentially returned to the previous stage. After milled to a fineness of -0.074 mm 79.86%, the raw ore with silver content of 74.67 g/t was floated with the dosage of modifier Na2CO3, depressant water glass, combined collector xanthate/ammonium butyl (1∶1) and frother 2# oil as 1 000 g/t, 300 g/t, 100 g/t and 40 g/t, respectively, resulting in the silver concentrate with silver content of 2 398.21 g/t at the recovery of 92.03%. The experiment results can provide a reference for the rational exploitation of silver ores.
