木薯淀粉粉尘云的爆炸特性

摘    要:采用20 L近球形爆炸实验系统对木薯淀粉粉尘云的爆炸特性开展了实验研究,分别分析了点火延迟时间、粉尘云浓度、喷吹压力等因素对木薯淀粉粉尘云爆炸的影响,揭示了木薯淀粉粉尘云在密闭容器中的爆炸特性。结果表明,随点火延迟时间增加,木薯淀粉粉尘云最大爆炸压力先增大后减小;随粉尘云浓度增大,木薯淀粉粉尘云最大爆炸压力先增大后减小;随喷吹压力增大,木薯淀粉粉尘云最大爆炸压力先增大后减小。木薯淀粉的最大爆炸指数近似值属于St2级,木薯淀粉粉尘的爆炸危险性很大。本研究成果可为预防实际生产中的粉尘爆炸事故提供一定参考依据。

Abstract:The explosion characteristics of cassava starch dust cloud were studied by using a 20-L near-spherical explosion experiment system. The influences of ignition delay time, dust cloud concentration and injection pressure on the explosion of cassava starch dust cloud were analyzed, and the explosion characteristics of cassava starch dust cloud in a closed container were explored. Results showed that prolonging the ignition delay time, increasing the dust cloud concentration and increasing the injection pressure all resulted in an initial increase followed by decrease in the maximum blast pressure of cassava starch dust cloud. The approximate value of maximum explosion index of cassava starch was classified to St2 grade, indicating cassava starch had an explosive hazard. This research result can be taken for reference in prevention of dust explosion accident in practical production.
