摘    要:对某铜镍混合精矿进行了铜镍分选试验研究。在充分研究该矿石性质及现场存在问题基础上, 采用新的工艺流程和药剂制度, 混合精矿经细磨后采用硫化钠及活性炭进行脱药调浆, 脱药后在高pH值条件下, 以硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠为镍矿物抑制剂, Z200为铜矿物捕收剂, 进行浮铜抑镍, 铜镍分选指标得到显著改善, 并在工业实践中取得了良好效果, 具有一定推广价值。

Abstract:Experimental study on Cu-Ni separation was conducted for a copper-nickel bulk concentrate. On the basis of fully investigation of ore properties and on-site operation problems, the technical process and reagent system were optimized. The bulk concentrate was finely grinded and stirred to remove reagents using sodium sulfide and activated carbon. Then, copper flotation by depressing nickel minerals was conducted in the high alkaline pulp, using ZnSO4 and Na2SO3 as nickel depressants and Z200 as a copper collector, resulting in Cu/Ni separation index remarkably improved. This approach has also showed good results in commercial practice and has a promising prospect of marketization.
