逆流分选柱预富集细粒氧化锑尾矿的试验研究

摘    要:针对当前氧化锑尾矿摇床作业处理量小、操作不稳定及回收效率低的问题, 设计了细粒氧化锑尾矿预富集设备--逆流分选柱, 高效抛除了低品位脉石矿物, 降低了后续摇床作业的处理量, 提高了摇床作业给矿品位。通过条件和正交试验研究了给矿量、底流流量、上升水流量等主要参数对氧化锑尾矿预富集效果的影响, 获得了该设备预选氧化锑尾矿时的最佳分选条件, 结果表明:当给矿Sb品位为0.75%时, 在给矿流量300 mL/min、底流流量30 mL/min、上升水流量133 mL/min的优化条件下, 一次分选可以得到Sb品位2.54%、回收率73.91%的锑粗精矿。流程对比试验结果表明, 该设备在抛除近80%尾矿的同时, 使最终精矿品位和综合回收率相较于单独使用摇床均有所提高。

Abstract:Shaking table, a device used currently to process antimony oxide tailings, possesses defects such as low treatment capacity, unstable operation and low recovery. Hence, reflux classifier (RC), a novel pre-enrichment facility for fine antimony oxide, was developed. As low-grade tailings can be efficiently discarded by RC, the throughput for the succeeding shaking table operation can be reduced and its feeding grade can be increased. Conditional and orthogonal experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of feed flow rate, underflow and overflow rate on the pre-enrichment effect of antimony oxide tailings, and the optimal processing parameters were determined. The results showed that, for the ore with the feeding grading 0.75% Sb, after processed in RC for one stage with the optimized parameters such as feed flow, underflow and overflow rate at 300 mL/min, 30 mL/min and 133 mL/min, respectively, an antimony rough concentrate grading 2.54% Sb at 73.91% recovery was obtained. Moreover, the comparison test results showed that, using RC, nearly 80% tailings were discarded, and the final grade and comprehensive recovery of concentrate were improved compared with the solely usage of shaking table.
