碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的研究

摘    要:采用超声波分散及真空浇铸法制备了碳纳米管改性的环氧树脂复合材料,使用扫描电镜、透射电镜、万能材料拉伸仪等仪器对复合材料的组织结构和性能进行了测试和表征。研究了碳纳米管的加入量与分散程度对复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率的影响。实验结果表明,碳纳米管加入量大约在1.75%以下时,碳纳米管可能在基体中分散均匀,没有明显的团聚,复合材料的强度得到提高。但是随着碳纳米管含量的继续增加,碳纳米管可能趋于团聚,在基体中的分散变得不均匀,反而会使复合材料的强度下降。纳米碳管含量为0.75%时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了18.3%,拉伸模量提高了20.5%,断裂伸长率提高92.8%。
