| 摘 要： | 以陕西某地煤系高岭土为试样, 研究了煅烧过程中煅烧温度、煅烧时间、添加剂用量对白度的影响。在1 000 ℃煅烧2 h 并添加3%的锯木屑和NaCl 作增白剂, 试样煅烧白度达到了90%。探讨了添加剂的增白机理, 分析了煅烧产品的结构及性能。

| Abstract: | The effect of calcining temperature, calcining time and additive dosage on kaolin' s whiteness is investigated using a certain place' s coal-series kaolin of Shanxi as the test sample.The test sample is calcined for 2 h at 1 000 ℃, using 3 % saw dust and NaCl as whitener, achieving a whiteness of 90 %.The author discusses whitening mechanism of the additives and analyses the structure and properties of the calcined products. |
