太和钒钛磁铁矿选钛工艺研究

摘    要:本文介绍了用重选—磁选—浮选—电选流程对太和铁矿的选铁尾矿进行综合回收钛铁矿的试验。取得了较好指标:最终钛铁矿精矿品位含TiO_2 47%以上(?)回收率60%以上(对磁尾),结果表明:重选—磁选—浮选—电选流程是回收太和铁矿磁选尾矿中钛铁矿的有效流程。

Abstract:A test on comprehensive ecovery of ilmenite minerals from iron tailing of the Tai He concentrating plant was conducted using the flowsheet of gravity separation-magnetic separation-flotation separation-electrostatic separation, and better reuslts were obtained: a final concentrate grade of ilmenite, 47% TiO_2 and a recovery of above 60%. All this show that it is an effective flowsheet for recovering ilmenite minerals from iron tailing of the Tai He concentrating plant.
