浮选柱的PC计算机监控系统设计

摘    要:从浮选柱控制系统的原理、控制参数入手, 介绍了影响浮选指标的一些可控因素, 并针对当前选厂浮选指标较低的实际情况设计了一套完整的浮选柱计算机自动监控系统, 对影响浮选效果的重要参数(如矿浆液位、加药量、给矿量)实施自动监控, 确保了产品质量, 对选厂具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the principle of controlling systems and controlling parameters for flotation column, some controllable factors that can affect floating criterion are proposed. Then a complete set of automatic monitoring and controlling system for flotation column on industrial computer was designed in view of actual situation of low floating criterion in most present processing plant. Such system can automatically monitor and control some important parameters (such as pulp level, reagent dosage, raw pulp addition), thus assuring concentrate quality. So it is significant for processing plants.
