加Ni 的FeAl/TiC 复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用元素粉反应热压工艺制备了FeAl/ TiC 复合材料。研究了Ni 合金化对材料致密化和力学性能的影响。结果表明, 复合材料的密度随TiC 体积分数的增加而减小, Ni 的加入促进了FeAl 相中的物质迁移, 从而显著改善了致密化过程。材料的力学性能随Ni 的加入而大幅改善, 这一方面是因为Ni 的加入提高了材料的致密度, 此外Ni 的加入还通过固溶强化粘结相、增强FeAl-TiC 界面强度、增加FeAl 相的延性断裂、减小FeAl 相的烧结膨胀等作用改善了材料的力学性能。

Abstract:FeAl/TiC composites were prepared by reactive hot pressing of blended elemental powders. The effect of Ni-alloying on the densification and mechanical properties of composites has been studied. Results show that the density of composites decreases with the increase of TiC volume fraction.And the addition of Ni significantly improves the densification process by enhancing matter transfer in the binder phase. The mechanical properties of the composites are greatly improved due to the addition of Ni, which not only increases the density of the composites, but also improves the mechanical properties by solid-solution strengthening the binder phase, strengthening the FeAl-TiC interface, increasing the ductile fracture in FeAl phase as well as decrease the sintering expansion of FeAl phase.
