深部巷道不同支护形式的对比计算分析

摘    要:为获得深部巷道的合理支护方法,针对平煤四矿深部巷道,采用ANSYS软件,对被动支护、底板开放式锚杆组合拱支护、全断面预应力锚杆支护、关键部位加强支护等不同支护形式进行了对比计算分析。计算结果显示,支护阻力大于0.2 MPa之后对巷道变形的控制作用较小,仅通过提高被动支护阻力难以控制巷道变形;与底板开放式锚杆支护相比较,全断面预应力锚杆支护可显著减小巷道变形,利于围岩承载结构的形成;关键部位锚索支护可减小围岩应力集中程度,同时使深部围岩承担荷载,提高浅部围岩稳定性。综合分析得知,对于深部巷道需采用强化支护结构强度、调动围岩承载能力、关键部位加强支护、全断面预应力锚杆支护等手段。
