摘    要:研究了有机抑制剂RC对黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿的抑制作用。实验结果表明,RC对黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿均有较强的抑制作用。红外吸收光谱证明:RC分子结构中含有—COO^-、—SO3^-、—OH等多种官能团,黄药与RC之间存在一种竞争吸附的关系,在pH为10的环境中,吸附对RC有利,由于RC携带众多的亲水集团,使得矿物表面更易亲水,进而抑制矿物。

Abstract:The mechanism of organic depressant RC depressing pyrite and pyrrhotite is investigated. The test results showed that RC has a stronger depression effect on pyrite and pyrrhotite. Infrared adsorption spectra demonstrates that there are a number of function groups such as -COO -,-SO 3 - and -OH - in the molecular structure of RC. RC and xanthate compete in their adsorption onto sulfide minerals. At pH=10, the adsorption of RC onto sulfide minerals is favoured. RC carries a number of hydrophilic funtion groups to make the surfaces of the two sulfide minerals more hydrophilic, resulting in their depression.
