某低品位铜镍硫化矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:以某地强蚀变蛇纹石型难选低品位铜镍硫化矿为研究对象,在矿石工艺矿物学研究的基础上,通过系统的浮选试验,对含镍0.159%,含铜0.094%的原矿,在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占70%时,采用碳酸钠和六偏磷酸钠作为脉石矿物抑制剂,丁基黄药和Y89-0混合黄药为铜镍硫化矿物捕收剂,M IBC为起泡剂,获得了铜镍品位分别为2.861%和3.228%的铜镍混合精矿。混合精矿采用石灰作镍矿物抑制剂进行分离,得到含铜15.93%,含镍1.41%的铜精矿,铜回收率达81.34%;镍精矿含铜0.59%,含镍5.98%,镍回收率为56.04%;分选指标较为理想。
