AZ91镁合金型材挤压工艺研究

摘    要:采用自行设计的平面分流挤压模, 研究了铸锭固溶处理、挤压温度和挤压速度等工艺参数对AZ91镁合金型材成形性能的影响规律。研究结果表明, 铸锭固溶处理可消除铸造组织中的枝晶偏析, 减少析出相的数量并使其由片状连续网状分布变为点状随机分布, 合适的固溶温度为460 ℃, 固溶时间10~15 h。挤压温度和挤压速度是影响镁合金型材挤压成形的关键工艺参数, AZ91镁合金型材的合适挤压温度为380 ℃左右, 挤压速度为5 mm/s, 此时型材表面光滑且焊合良好。

Abstract:The effects of extrusion parameters including solution treatment and extrusion temperature and speed on the formability of AZ91 magnesium alloy profiles were investigated using self-designed porthole die. The results revealed that the solution treatment could eliminate dendritic segregation in the cast structure and induce the change of precipitated phase from continuous network to dispersed particles. The proper temperature and time for solution treatment were 460 ℃ and 10~15 hours, respectively. The extrusion temperature and speed were the key parameters for the preparation of AZ91 magnesium profiles. The optimized values were 380 ℃ and 5 mm/s, respectively.
