低品位含金硫精矿氰化提金的试验研究

摘    要:以武钢大冶铁矿硫精矿为研究对象, 对其进行了氰化法提金试验研究。试验结果表明, 大冶铁矿硫精矿氰化法提金的适宜条件为:磨矿细度-0.044 mm 粒级占90%, 硝酸铅用量300 g/ t, 溶液碱性预处理4 h, 氰化钠用量5.0 kg/t, 石灰用量2.0 kg/ t, 浸出时间36 h, 浸出浓度30%, pH =10.0 ~11.0, 金的浸出率可达到92.86%。

Abstract:A test was conducted for cyaniding WISCO Daye Iron Mine' s sulphur concentrate.The rusults showed that the suitable conditions for cyaniding the concentrate were as follows:Grind, 90 %minus 0.044 mm;Pb(NO3)2 dosage, 300 g/t;alkaline pretreatment time, 4 h;NaCN dosage, 5.0 kg/t;lime dosage, 2.0 kg/t;leaching time, 36 h;leaching concentration,30 %;pH, 10.0~11.0.Under the above conditions, the leaching rate of gold was up to 92.86 %.
