摘    要:针对某高滑石型辉钼矿, 采用快速浮选技术脱除脉石再浮选辉钼矿的浮选流程, 在磨矿细度-74 μm粒级占90%、滑石捕收剂MIBC用量50 g/t、脉石抑制剂水玻璃用量600 g/t、捕收剂煤油用量120 g/t、起泡剂2#油用量20 g/t条件下, 得到了钼品位7.79%、回收率85.26%的钼粗精矿, 实现了滑石和辉钼矿的有效分离。

Abstract:To treat a molybdenite ore with high talc content, flash flotation was adopted to remove gauges before molybdenite flotation. With a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90%, the ore was processed using MIBC(50 g/t) as talc collector, sodium silicate(600 g/t) as gauge depressant, kerosene(120 g/t) as molybdenite collector and 2# oil(20 g/t) as the foaming agent. With this approach, an effective separation of talc and molybdenite can be actualized, as a molybdenum bulk concentrate with molybdenum grade of 7.79% and recovery of 85.26% can be obtained.
