摘    要:分别利用阳离子表面活性剂(OTAC)、硅烷偶联剂(KH570)以及两者协同对凹凸棒石进行有机改性.采用红外光谱、热分析、分散性实验等对表面改性前后的纳米凹凸棒石进行分析表征.研究了几种改性方式对凹凸棒石改性效果的影响.结果表明,先用OTAC再用KH570改性的凹凸棒石改性效果较佳.分散性实验表明,改性后的凹凸棒石由亲水性变为疏水性,用于甲基乙烯基硅橡胶中可以提高其力学性能.

Abstract:Organic surface modifications on attapulgite were carried out with cationic surfactants(OTAC),silicone coupling reagent(KH570) and the combination of the two reagents respectively.The modified attapulgite were characterized by IR,TG-DTA and dispersivity experiments.The effects of different modifying methods on the modification of attapulgite were investigated.The results showed that the modification effect of attapulgite modified first by OTAC and then by KH570 was the best.The surface feature of the modifi...
