攀枝花密地选钛厂粗粒钛铁矿回收新工艺研究

摘    要:分析了攀枝花密地选钛厂现有粗粒钛铁矿回收生产线存在的主要问题, 提出了以“强磁选+浮选”为主体工艺, 采用MOH-2作为浮选捕收剂的新工艺。生产证明该新工艺能有效回收粗粒钛铁矿, 同时能将浮选回收钛铁矿的粒度上限由0.1 mm提高到0.154 mm。

Abstract:After analyzing the main problems in the existing production line for reclaiming coarse ilmenite in Midi Titanium Concentration Plant of Panzhihua,a new process was proposed,with high-intensity magnetic separation-flotation as the principal approach and with MOH-2 as the collector.The onsite production proves that coarse ilmenite can be effectively recovered with this new technique,and the upper limit of ilmenite feed size for flotation can be increased from 0.1 mm to 0.154 mm.
