高泥化煤泥水沉降特性及凝聚剂作用机理研究

摘    要:为了掌握无机凝聚剂对高泥化煤泥水沉降性能的影响规律及其作用机理, 进行了凝聚剂用量及凝聚剂与絮凝剂复配使用对煤泥水沉降特性及水质的影响试验, 并分析了凝聚剂在高泥化煤泥水沉降过程中的作用机理。结果表明, 单独使用凝聚剂难以满足高泥化煤泥水沉降处理的目的, 石膏用量为400 g/m3, 与分子质量为1 000万的聚丙烯酰胺5.6 g/m3配合使用时, 初始沉降速度为108.0 cm/min, 上清液透光率为90.6%, 取得较好的沉降效果。添加明矾和无机聚铝铁澄清水硬度小, 使用氯化钙和石膏时, 矿化度较大, Mg2+浓度较高; 在pH=6.3左右, Ca2+主要通过静电吸附在煤泥微颗粒表面, Al3+、Fe3+除静电吸附外, 还可能存在羟基络合吸附。

Abstract:Tests were carried out to study the effect of dosage of inorganic coagulants and a combined usage of coagulant and flocculant on the settling behavior of highly-argillized coal slurry and water quality,and the influencing principle and mechanism therein were analyzed.The results indicate that coagulant alone can not meet the target of settling the slurry,yet,when gypsum is added together with polyacrylamide whose molecular weight is 10 million,with a dosage of 400 g/m3 and 5.6 g/m3,respectively,settling eff...
