大型喷射沉积环件的楔压致密化加工

摘    要:采用楔压工艺对喷射沉积大环件进行致密化加工,并对压后环坯的组织结构、密度分布、拉伸实验断口形貌、抗拉强度进行了分析检测,试验结果表明,楔压后环坯的硬度和抗拉强度分别提高了45%和40%。实验表明,采用楔压工艺可在小吨位压机上致密大尺寸喷射沉积环件,且工艺简单,可控性强。

Abstract:Large- size spray-deposited rings were densified by wedge pressing technique. The microstructure, density distribution, tensile fracture morphology and tensile strength of the densified ring blanks were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the hardness and tensile strength increased by 45% and 40% respectively, indicating that smallscale press can be used to densify large -size spray-deposited rings. The wedge pressing technique features simplicity and high controllability.
