氧化锌矿制备活性氧化锌的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了以氧化锌矿为原料,经酸浸、净化、沉淀转化、过滤、洗涤、打浆、喷雾干燥制得活性前驱体碱式碳酸锌,前驱体经煅烧制备活性氧化锌的新工艺。重点考查了前驱体碱式碳酸锌制备工艺中反应温度、尿素的浓度、物料配比及干燥过程中添加的分散剂种类和用量对前驱体粒径的影响。

Abstract:A new technique for the preparation of active zinc oxide by precursor calcinating was investigated. Zinc oxide ore was introduced as the raw material for the active precursor preparation adopting a flowsheet including successive processes like acid-leaching, purification, precipitation, filtration, washing, beating and spray drying. The effect of reaction temperature, urea concentration and raw material mixing ratio in the preparation of alkaline zinc carbonate precursor, and the variety and dosage of dispersants added in the drying process, on the precursor particle size distribution, were emphatically studied.
