太钢东山石灰石矿矿产资源节约集约与综合利用

摘    要:以东山石灰石矿为例,探讨了资源节约集约与综合利用的途径和方法,提出了以下举措: ① 采用先进工艺技术及装备,提高开采回采率; ② 优化采矿技术,盘活资源储量; ③ 实施全流程资源综合利用; ④ 优化焙烧原料结构,提高石灰石利用水平; ⑤ 通过专项攻关,提高块矿成品率; ⑥ 研发石灰高附加值产品,提高资源价值。通过多举措并用,在资源综合利用方面取得了良好成效。

Abstract:With Dongshan Limestone Mine as an example, approaches for economical, intensive and comprehensive utilization of limestone resource were discussed, and the following measures were put forward: adopting advanced technology and equipment to improve the mining recovery rate; optimizing mining technology and tapping the full potential of existing resource reserves; implementing comprehensive utilization of resources through whole process; optimizing the raw material structure for roasting process and improving the limestone utilization level; improving the block ore yield by achieving breakthrough in special projects; developing lime-based high added-value products to increase resource value. By adopting these multiple measures, good results have been achieved in comprehensive utilization of resources.
