Economical,Intensive and Comprehensive Utilization of Limestone Resources in Dongshan Limestone Mine of TISCO

With Dongshan Limestone Mine as an example, approaches for economical, intensive and comprehensive utilization of limestone resource were discussed, and the following measures were put forward: adopting advanced technology and equipment to improve the mining recovery rate; optimizing mining technology and tapping the full potential of existing resource reserves; implementing comprehensive utilization of resources through whole process; optimizing the raw material structure for roasting process and improving the limestone utilization level; improving the block ore yield by achieving breakthrough in special projects; developing lime-based high added-value products to increase resource value. By adopting these multiple measures, good results have been achieved in comprehensive utilization of resources.
