磷酸盐溶液浸渍天然石墨电极的抗氧化性能的研究

摘    要:配制3种不同的磷酸盐对天然石墨电极进行常温常压浸渍处理。3种磷酸盐溶液浸渍后的试样在5个不同温度点下经过1 h灼烧后, 测定各样品的氧化失重率, 由此确定抗氧化性能最好的一种磷酸盐浸渍剂。并且通过改变磷酸盐的量来探究浸渍剂浓度的变化对试样抗氧化性能的影响。利用SEM观察浸渍试样和未浸渍试样的表面形貌, 通过热分析测试观察各样品抗氧化性差异, 结果表明: 经2#浸渍剂(H3PO4+Na2HPO4·12H2O)处理的试样的开始失重温度比未浸渍试样提高了50 ℃, 并且在900 ℃的热重失重率比未浸渍试样降低了37%左右。

Abstract:Three natural graphite samples,with electrodes being impregnated with three different phosphate solutions respectively under normal pressure and at room temperature,were burned for an hour at five temperature points.Their rates of oxidation mass loss were determined to find out the phosphate impregnant with the best oxidation resistance.Moreover,the effects of the variation of impregnant concentration on the oxidation resistance of the samples were investigated by changing the amount of phosphate.The morphologies and oxidation resistance of the impregnated and unimpregnated samples were observed by SEM and thermal analysis.The results showed that the initial mass loss temperature of the samples impregnated with 2#(H3PO4+Na2HPO4·12H2O) were 50 ℃ higher,and the weight loss rate at 900 ℃ was 37% lower than those of the unimpregnated samples.
