高铁锌精矿焙砂强化浸出过程中铁的行为走向研究

摘    要:针对高铁锌焙砂开展了强化浸出工艺试验研究,重点考察了浸出过程中铁的行为走向及其控制。结果表明:经中浸和弱浸两段浸出后,仅约15%的铁浸出进入溶液;铁的浸出主要发生在热酸和高酸浸出段,两段浸出率合计接近80%;如果浸出液中铁离子浓度过高(>30 g/L),在低酸条件下会形成铁矾类等复盐沉淀物,导致浸出渣渣率偏高,并干扰后续强化浸出作业。

Abstract:Tests were carried out on the enhanced leaching process for calcinated high-iron zinc sand to investigate the behavior and control of iron.The results show that only 15% iron was extracted into the solution after neutral leaching and weakly acid leaching.The extraction reaction of iron was mainly in the hot-acid and high-acid leaching stages.The total extraction ratio of iron from these two stages was close to 80%.If the content of iron in the leachate is more than 30 g/L,jarosite-bearing precipitate is produced even in the weak acid,resulting in more leaching residues and weakening the further intensified leaching.
