摘    要:通过对马钢南山矿凹山选矿一段磁选粗精矿的矿物组成及解离度分析, 发现其中86.27%的磁铁矿已单体解离;条件试验结果表明, 预先从一段粗精矿中提取一部分合格精矿(TFe 含量大于64 .50%)是可能的;低场强磁选-细筛联合流程或低场强磁选单独提取部分合格精矿流程均可从一段磁选粗精矿中预先提取部分合格精矿。

Abstract:An analysis was made on the mineral composition and liberation degree of the crude concentrate from the first-stage magnetic separation of Anshan Beneficiation Plant of Ma Gang Nanshan Mine. It was found that 86.27% of magnetite in the crude concentrate had been liberated. The results of condition test show that it is possible to preconcentrate parts of qualified concentrates (TFe content is larger than 64.50%) in the crude concentrates from the first-stage magnetic separation. It can be realized by using a combination process of low field intensity magnetic separation-fine screen or the single process of low field intensity magnetic separation.
