摘    要:针对回转窑的结构特点,在求得轮带接触压力分布的基础上,建立了轮带支承角的有限元优化模型。运用ANSYS6.1对轮带支承角进行了有限元优化,得出了优化前后轮带的应力分布规律。优化结果表明:轮带支承角有限元优化能显著减少轮带变形及最大等效应力,且轮带变形和最大等效应力对轮带支承角的变化非常敏感。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of rotary kiln and the known contact pressure distribution of its wheel belt, a FEM optimal model of the wheel belt's supporting angles is set up. The FME optimization of the wheel belt's supporting angles is executed using ANSYS 6.1, obtaining the stress distribution rule before and after optimization. From the results obtained it is shown that the FEM optimization of the wheel belt's suporting angles can reduce greatly the deformation and maximum equivalent stress of the wheel belt, both of which are very sensitive to the variation in the wheel belt's supporting angle.
