摘    要:采用焙烧-微波场酸浸联合工艺,强化粉煤灰中有价元素的浸出.研究表明,焙烧-酸浸时,硅、铝、铁的浸出率分别仅有0.72%、40.05%、41.30%;采用焙烧-微波场酸浸联合工艺,硅、铝、铁的浸出率分别达到1.63%、59.17%、49.20%,提高了126%、48%、19%.对原料粉煤灰和焙烧后粉煤灰进行XRD、SEM及EDS分析表明,焙烧-微波场酸浸联合工艺的强化浸出机理是:粉煤灰和钠盐混合焙烧破坏了粉煤灰中莫来石的SiO2-Al2O3键,生成活性高的物质;同时微波加热能提高反应物分子的内能,降低反应活化能,从而加快粉煤灰中有价元素的浸出速率,缩短反应时间,提高浸出率.

Abstract:Calcination-microwave acid leaching combination process was used to strengthen the leaching of valuable elements in fly ash.The results showed that the leaching rates of silicon,aluminum and iron were 0.72%,40.05% and 41.30% respectively by calcination-acid leaching process while the leaching rates of silicon,aluminum and iron were up to 1.63%,59.17% and 49.20% respectively by calcination-microwave acid leaching combination process,which increased by 126%,48% and 19%.Analysis on raw material fly ash and cal...
