流膜磁分离技术的应用研究

摘    要:针对酒钢应用仿琼斯湿式强磁选机处理其粉矿的实际情况,介绍了此强磁机的磁场分布特点和颗粒在场强中的受力情况。提出了将流体的层流原理引入到湿式强磁选形成流膜磁分离技术,对强磁选机增设特殊流膜给矿装置、改变聚磁齿板的组合结构、改进给矿嘴并延长矿浆给入时间,从而使矿浆通过分选室时形成紧贴齿板介质表面的薄膜层,以强化颗粒在强磁选机中的磁性分离,显著地提高了选别作业的铁回收率。研究表明,在精矿铁品位相当的情况下,静态试验能够提高铁回收率5.88个百分点,在SHP-700磁选机上进行动态试验,提高铁回收率4.82个百分点。

Abstract:In light of actual situation of processing fines using imitative Jones wet high intensity magnetic separators in Jiuquan Iron and Steel Complex, the distribution characteristics of magnetic field and the force applied to particles in magnetic field are introduced. The laminar principle is introduced to the wet high intensity magnetic separator to form the film-magnetic separetion technology. By addition of a special laminar device, alteration of grooved plate combination, improvement of feed mouth and prolonging of feed time, a layer of film approaching closely to the grooved plate's surface is formed when it is passing through the high intensity magnetic separator's separation room, in which magnetic separation of particles is intensified to dramatically increase iron recovery. The results show that at similiar concentrate iron grades, the iron recovery obtained by the static test is increased by 5.88% and the iron recovery obtained by the SHP-700 magnetic separator is increased by 4.82%.
