摘    要:为解决选厂新水用量过多及外排废水量大的问题, 采取适当减少新水用量、部分新水循环使用和絮凝沉降废水提高厂前回水率等措施, 使选厂新水用量减少16 000 m3/d, 外排废水总量减少13 200 m3/d, 总回水率从73%提高到88%以上, 取得了较好的经济效益, 同时也达到了环保目的。

Abstract:In view of problems of a large amount of fresh water consumption and wastewater discharge for the concentrator, measures were taken to increase the amount of returning water rate to the concentrate by reducing a proper of fresh water consumption and recycling part of fresh water, as well as introducing the process of flocculation settling. After the reconstruction, the fresh water consumption of concentrator can be reduced by 16 000 m3/d and the externally discharged wastewater can be reduced by 13 200 m3/d, with the total return rate increased from 73% to more than 88%, achieving economic efficiency and environment-friendly production.
