凝结水泵主轴断裂分析

摘    要:采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、显微组织观察和扫描电镜等试验方法, 对某火电厂凝结水泵主轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明, 凝结水泵主轴的原材料存在成分偏析是大轴断裂的主要原因; 主轴原材料发生成分偏析后通过简单的热处理工艺未得到均匀的调质组织, 从而导致材料力学性能下降; 同时缩孔的存在给疲劳源的产生创造了条件。

Abstract:The reasons for the fracture of condensate pump spindle of a power station were investigated by macro examination, chemical composition analysis, mechanical tests, microstructure observation and SEM. The results showed that composition segregation of the spindle material was the critical reason for the fracture. Uniform microstructure of the material was not obtained by simple quenching and tempering after the segregation, which caused the decrease of mechanical properties. Moreover, the existence of shrinkage cavity was benefit to the growth of fatigue source.
