从锡石-多金属硫化矿尾矿中回收锡的浮选研究

摘    要:为综合回收某锡石-多金属硫化矿尾矿中的锡矿物,探索了锡矿物的浮选条件和药剂制度,提出了综合回收该尾矿中锡的浮选工艺.试验表明,经除硫后二次浮锡,可获得含锡48.76%的锡精矿,锡总的回收率49.88%.

Abstract:In order to recover stannum minerals from the tailings of cassiterite-polymetallic sulfide ore,the flotation condition and the reagent system for the separation of stannum minerals were investigated,and the flotation technology for comprehensive recovery of stannum was put forward.The test shows that a stannum concentrate with a Sn grade of 48.76% and the total recovery of 49.88% can be obtained from a two-stage stannum flotation after desulphurization.
