摘    要:某铁矿石中磁铁矿和赤铁矿的嵌布粒度相差悬殊,磁铁矿具有中细粒嵌布的特点,赤铁矿则属于典型极微细粒嵌布的范畴。针对该铁矿石的嵌布粒度特性,采用弱磁选-强磁选-絮凝脱泥-反浮选联合工艺流程,获得了铁品位为61.77%、回收率为62.55%的铁精矿。

Abstract:Dissemination size of magnetite and hematite in an iron ore shows big disparity,as magnetite is medium-grained,while the hematite is typically microfine disseminated.Based on these dissemination characteristics,a combined processing flowsheet of low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation,flocculation desliming and reverse flotation,was adopted,and an iron concentrate with a TFe grade of 61.77% and an iron recovery of 62.55% was prepared.
