铜烟尘加压浸出工艺研究

摘    要:采用加压酸浸工艺处理铜烟尘, 研究了反应温度、反应时间、初始硫酸浓度、液固比、氧压等对铜、锌浸出率的影响。最佳浸出工艺条件为:初始酸度0.5 mol/L、液固比10∶1、反应温度115 ℃、反应时间2 h、搅拌转速500 r/min、氧压0.4 MPa, 此时Cu、Zn浸出率分别为95.4%和97.6%, Fe、As浸出率分别为6.6%和14.0%, 同时Pb、Ag等有价金属在浸出渣中得到富集, 实现了有价金属的综合回收。

Abstract:The technique of pressure acid leaching was adopted in the treatment of copper dust, and effects of reaction temperature and time, initial sulfuric acid concentration, liquid/solid ratio and oxygen pressure on the leaching rates of copper and zinc were investigated. It is found that, with the following optimal leaching conditions: an initial sulfuric acid concentration at 0.5 mol/L, liquid/solid ratio of 10∶1, leaching temperature of 115 ℃ and leaching time of 2 h, agitation speed of 500 r/min and oxygen partial pressure of 0.4 MPa, leaching rates of copper and zinc reached 95.4% and 97.6%, respectively, and leaching rate of Fe and As were 6.6% and 14.0%, respectively. Furthermore, the valuable metals of Pb and Ag were all concentrated in the leaching residue, thus a comprehensive recovery of valuable metals was realized by this process.
