摘    要:结合数值模拟和BP神经网络,研究了挤压形状因子对挤压过程中挤压力和挤压出口温度的影响规律.采用DEFORM-3D软件模拟了14组不同挤压形状因子的镁合金型材挤压变形过程,得到挤压力和挤压出口温度变化曲线.采用MATLAB软件建立了挤雎力和挤压出口温度预测BP神经网络,选取5组数值模拟结果作为训练样本,以挤压形状因子和挤压行程为输入变量,挤压力和挤压出口温度为输出变量,对网络进行训练.采用训练后的网络对训练样本以外的4组挤压形状因子下的挤压力和挤压出口温度进行预测,结果表明预测得到的结果与数值模拟得到的结果相吻合,最大误差小于2%.

Abstract:The effects of shape factor on extrusion force and exit temperature during extrusion processes were studied by using numerical simulation and BP neural network.The extrusion processes of 14 groups of magnesium alloy solid profiles with different shape factors were simulated using DEFORM-3D software,thereby the curves of extrusion force and exit temperature variation were obtained.MATLAB software was used to establish BP neural network for predicting the extrusion force and exit temperature.5 groups of numer...
