都龙矿区细粒锡石浮选实验研究

摘    要:为了提高细粒锡石的回收率,对都龙矿区细粒锡石进行了浮选实验研究。在实验研究的基础上进行了工业试验,结果表明采用预先脱硫+除铁+三段脱泥+二次脱硫流程,处理含锡0.3%~0.5%的原料,可得到含锡4%~5%、回收率大于80%的锡粗精矿。新型捕收剂GY-C3对都龙矿区细粒锡石具有较好的回收效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery of fine cassiterite,flotation tests on fine-grain cassiterite from Dulong Mine were carried out.Commercial tests were conducted based on the laboratory study,and the results show that,adopting a flowsheet comprised of pre-desulfurization,iron removing,three stages of desliming,and two stages of desulfurization,a rough concentrate with tin grade of 4%~5% and recovery of 80%,respectively,can be produced from a raw ore with a tin grade of 0.3%~0.5%,and the new collector GY-C3 shows excellent performance in recovering fine-grain cassiterite from Dulong Mine.
