Abstract:According to the time distributed valuation principle by the Power Department, the relationships between current density and current efficiency at different acidities can be obtained by analyzing process data of EDPZ(Electrolytic Deposition Process of Zinc). On this basis an optimal model of time distributed supply system of EDPZ is established. A transformed multi variable RLS method is used to get on line the parameter of constrained condition. In order to solve the optimal problem with the constrains of bounds and nonlinear, an efficient simulated annealing algorithm with penally factor is adopted to get suitable supply scheme.
