西藏低品位铜矿石浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对西藏某低品位铜矿石进行了浮选试验研究,采用铜硫混合浮选-混合精矿再磨-铜硫分离工艺流程,获得了铜精矿含铜23.39%、回收率82.17%,硫精矿含硫36.58%、回收率61.97%。

Abstract:Adopting a flowsheet consisting of a copper-sulfur bulk flotation,a bulk concentrate regrinding and a copper-sulfur separation,flotation technique was introduced to treat a low-grade copper ore from Tibet.In the closed-circuit test,a copper concentrate with a copper grade and recovery of 23.39% and 82.17%,respectively,and a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade and recovery of 36.58% and 61.97%,respectively,can be obtained.
