| Abstract: | This paper introduces theoretical basis, present status and development trend of research on flotation column. Some types of novel flotation columns and their foaming patterns are reviewed. It is concluded that flotation column is effective equipment for fine flotation and has a vast range of application prospects in markets. Therefore, great attention should be given to its development and popularization. |
