GT系列永磁筒式磁选机关键结构的优化设计

摘    要:针对GT系列永磁筒式磁选机在生产应用中出现的问题,对传统永磁筒式磁选机的分选磁筒、给矿方式等进行了优化设计。大量工业现场应用实例表明: 改进后的永磁筒式磁选机设备运行更稳定、可靠性更高,分选性能更好,整机使用寿命延长。

Abstract:In view of the problems accumulated in the industrial application of GT series permanent magnetic drum separator, some design of the conventional permanent magnetic drum separator have been optimized, including the magnetic separation drum and ore feeding structure. A lot of commercial on-site practices show that the optimized GT series permanent magnetic drum separator being more stable and reliable, has not only better separation performance, but also a prolonged service life.
