白钨选矿回水在高滑石钼矿选矿中的应用研究

摘    要:河南某高滑石型钼铁矿采用先脱滑石后浮选钼工艺,为综合回用尾矿库白钨选矿回水、缓解该地区选矿用水紧缺的问题,对白钨选矿回水用于钼矿选矿进行了试验研究,结果表明: 直接使用白钨选矿回水进行脱泥浮选,造成钼损失过大; 使用白钨选矿回水磨矿后将矿浆pH值调至6,对脱泥粗精矿产品添加CF抑制剂进行脱泥精选,最终闭路试验得到钼损失率4.52%、钼粗精矿品位4.23%、回收率75.85%的良好指标,白钨选矿回水得以利用。

Abstract:A process of talc removal followed by molybdenum flotation were adopted to beneficiate a high talc type molybdenum ore in Henan, in order to comprehensively recycle the backwater after scheelite flotation from the tailings pond, so as to alleviate the shortage of mineral processing water in this region. The test result showed that Mo loss was excessive when scheelite backwater was directly used for desliming flotation. In a close-circuit test, scheelite backwater was used for ore milling and the pulp pH was then adjusted to 6. Besides, a desliming cleaning process with CF as the depressant was introduced to treat the deslimed rough concentrate, resulted in the obtained molybdenum concentrate grading 4.23% Mo at 75.85% recovery, with Mo loss rate reduced to 4.52%, which indicates the reuse of scheelite backwater can be actualized.
