摘    要:针对云浮硫铁矿采区低品位矿石,寻找经济合理、低耗高效与环保的选矿工艺回收硫,使获得的硫精矿产品符合销售要求,且尾矿含硫达到硫铁矿尾矿的国家排放标准.采用分级-粗粒跳汰-细粒螺旋工艺,所获得的硫精矿含硫35.50%,硫的回收率为86.70%,尾矿含硫6.70%.

Abstract:Low-grade ores in Yunfu Pyrite Mining Area were investigated,in order to find an economical,reasonable and environmentally-friendly mineral processing technology,which is of low consumption and high efficiency in sulfur recovering,which can ensure that the quality of sulfur concentrate product is eligible for sale and the sulfur content of the to-be-discharged tailings meets the national emission standards.A flowsheet with a classification,a coarse-grain jigging and a spiral chute separation for fine-graine...
