| Abstract: | The necessity of iron increasing and silicon reduction for the development of the iron and steel industry was expounded. Recent advances in iron ore dressing technology at home and abroad was introduced. It is pointed out that the advances in iron ore dressing technology are of great importance to the increase of utilization factor of blast furnace and the reduction of product cost. |
