氧化铜矿搅拌酸浸试验研究

摘    要:针对南方某处氧化铜矿进行搅拌酸浸工艺参数优化试验研究。当铜品位为9.99%,矿浆浓度为30%,搅拌酸浸1.5h时,浸渣经一次洗涤铜浸出率可达96.74%,硫酸单耗仅为每吨铜2.013t,浸出液中杂质元素含量极少,该种氧化铜矿具有很好的开发价值。

Abstract:A study has been made on the technical parameters optimization during the test of acid-leach for a copper mine in the South of China. Leached residues, after the slurry with concentration of 30% and Cu grade of 9.99% has been acid-leached by mixing for 1.5 h, are washed for just one time, the leaching rate of Cu can reach 96.74%, consuming 2.013 ton acid for each ton of copper. There're less impure elements in the leached liquid, so such copper oxide mine has a good potential value of development.
