铜钴硫化物精矿氧压浸出工艺研究

摘    要:对铜钴硫化物精矿进行了氧压浸出工艺研究。结果表明,在温度180 ℃、氧分压600 kPa、液固比4、反应时间2 h的浸出条件下,铜浸出率99%,钴浸出率98.5%,硫浸出率98%。氧压浸出工艺具有铜钴浸出率高、浸出过程硫酸根平衡较好、不产生明显过剩硫酸、浸出后液易于处理等优点。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted for oxygen pressure leaching of Cu-Co sulfide concentrate at a temperature of 180 ℃, with partial pressure of oxygen at 600 kPa, liquid-solid mass ratio at 4. After 2 hours of reaction, leaching rates of copper, cobalt and sulfur were 99%, 98.5% and 98%, respectively. It is shown that the oxygen pressure leaching process can result in a high copper and cobalt leaching rates and a good sulfate radical balance without an obvious excess of sulfuric acid. Besides, the leaching solution is easy for further treatment.
