含水率和粉矿含量对金山店铁矿主溜井矿石流动性的影响

摘    要:为探究含水率和粉矿含量对湖北省金山店铁矿主溜井中矿石流动性的影响,以金山店铁矿主溜井放矿过程作为研究对象,以质量流率比为矿石流动性的定量评价指标,采用数值模拟和相似试验分别进行了含水率0%~9%、粉矿含量11%~21%的颗粒级配综合作用下主溜井矿石流动性研究。结果表明,数值模拟和相似试验的结果具有较好的一致性,随含水率增加,质量流率比先减小后增大,矿石流动性先变差后变好,含水率超过9%时容易发生“跑矿”;随粉矿含量增加,质量流率比逐渐减小,矿石流动性逐渐变差;当含水率0%~3%且粉矿含量11%~17%或含水率7%~9%且粉矿含量11%~21%时,矿石流动性较好;含水率3%~7%且粉矿含量11%~21%或含水率0%~3%且粉矿含量19%~21%时,矿石流动性较差。金山店铁矿生产过程中按矿石含水率1%~3%、粉矿含量11%~17%调控,主溜井堵塞故障明显减少。

Abstract:To explore effects of ore moisture content and powdered ore content on ore fluidity in the main ore-pass in Jinshandian Iron Mine, numerical simulation and similarity tests were conducted for ores with five different kinds of moisture contents within the range of 0%~9% and six different kinds of powdered ore contents within the range of 11%~21% of size fraction, with the mass flow rate ratio as the quantitative evaluation index of ore fluidity. It is shown that the obtained numerical simulation test result was consistent with the similarity test result. With the ore moisture content increased, the mass flow rate ratio increased after an initial decrease, the ore fluidity changed from worse to better. And a phenomenon of ore leaking was liable to occur as the moisture content exceeding 9%. As compared, with an increase in the powdered ore content, the mass flow rate ratio was gradually decreased and the ore fluidity became worser and worser. With the ore moisture content of 0%~3% and the powdered ore content of 11%~17%, or the ore moisture content of 7%~9% and powdered ore content of 11%~21%, the ore fluidity became better. However, with the ore moisture content of 3%~7% and powdered ore content of 11%~21%, or the ore moisture content of 0%~3% and powdered ore content of 19%~21%, the ore fluidity became worser. The practice in the production process of Jinshandian Iron Mine with  the ore moisture content of 1%~3% and powdered ore content of 11%~17%  verified the blocking trouble in its main ore-pass significantly reduced.
