金属矿山深部出水巷道收敛变形处理实践

摘    要:对河钢集团矿业公司南区分公司2#副井-475 m水平巷道收敛变形进行了治理。采用止浆墙注浆治水, 使巷道施工条件利于后续支护; 然后采取长管棚结合钢支架进行强力支护, 并对围岩进行喷浆。此方法在治理巷道涌水的同时有效完成巷道收敛变形的控制, 确保巷道的稳定性。

Abstract:Measures had been taken for the convergent deformation in 2# auxiliary shaft at the level of -475 m of Southern District Branch of HBIS Group Mining Company, as follows: firstly, grouting wall with cement was constructed to control water, so as to create conditions in the roadway facilitate the follow-up support measures; secondly, long pipe was adopted plus steel support, which brought in a strengthened supporting result; finally, the shotcrete technology was applied for the reinforcement of surrounding rocks. It is found that these measures have not only prevented water gush in the roadway, but also effectively controlled the convergent deformation, ensuring the stability.
