钠硅渣湿法处理工艺--碱回收工艺研究

摘    要:对钠硅渣湿法处理工艺的脱碱过程进行了研究,分别考察了脱碱温度、时间、液固比和石灰添加量等因素对钠硅渣脱碱效果的影响,提出了适宜的脱碱工艺条件。实验结果表明:随温度的升高,碱回收率升高;时间和液固比对碱回收率的影响不明显;提高石灰添加量,可以提高碱回收率。

Abstract:A study was made of the alkali recovery from sodium hydrate alumino silicate by wet treatment. The influences of temperature, L/S ratio, time and lime dosage on alkali recovery were investigated respectively, and the proper technical conditions are proposed. The experimental results indicated that the alkali recovery increased with the increase of temperature, whearas there was no obvious effect of time and L/S ratio on the alkali recovery. The alkali recovery could be improved by increasing the lime dosage.
