超细粉磨时粉石英化学键变化的红外光谱分析

摘    要:对粉石英进行了干磨、湿磨、钢球干磨、添加助磨剂磨, 再用红外光谱仪对粉碎样品进行了检测, 得到了粉石英随粉碎时间延长的红外光谱特征带的变化规律;揭示了粉石英碎裂时化学键的变化特征。实验表明, 机械法可以将粉石英纳米化。

Abstract:Measurements by IR on the quartz powders with a range of fining processes of dry milling, wet milling, ball-dry milling and milling with additives were done and the change rule for the IR characteristic band of the powdery quartz related to the milling time was obtained. The experimental results show that nano size powders of quartz could be obtained by the mechanical milling process.
