摘    要:针对目前废旧锂电池正极片分选正极粉末和铝集流体工艺过程中存在的分离不彻底、分选时间长等问题,采用了淬火法进行分选,考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、硫酸浓度、液固体积质量比、搅拌速率对分离效果的影响。结果表明: 在焙烧温度500 ℃、焙烧时间2 h、硫酸浓度0.2 mol/L、液固体积质量比10∶1、搅拌(200 r/min)30 min条件下,铝集流体中镍、钴质量分数分别达0.91%和0.43%,铝直收率98.23%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of incomplete separation and longer separation time, the quenching method was introduced for separating cathode powder and aluminum collectors from waste lithium batteries. Effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-to-solid (volume/mass) ratio and stirring rate on separation rate were investigated. The results showed that a 2-h calcination process at 500 ℃ with sulfuric acid concentration of 0.2 mol/L, liquid-to-solid (volume/mass) ratio of 10∶1 and stirring at 200 r/min for 30 min, resulted in the aluminum collector containing 0.91% nickel and 0.43% cobalt by mass fraction, respectively, with the direct yield of aluminum reaching 98.23%.
