锌冶炼企业应对“双碳”目标的思考与建议

摘    要:以锌冶炼行业为例,重点概述了有色金属行业碳排放现状及面临的主要问题,并结合锌冶炼行业能耗相关标准及多家锌冶炼企业综合能耗现状和单元过程能耗分析,指出了湿法炼锌企业应从冶炼过程降电耗以及渣处理过程降焦耗两个方向进行技术攻关。最后从锌冶炼企业的全局视角出发,提出锌冶炼企业应重点从“源头消减、过程控制、跨行业消纳、末端治理”四个方向布局,实现绿色环保、可持续发展的锌冶炼局面。

Abstract:With a zinc smelting industry as an example, the current situation of non-ferrous metals industry and main problems of carbon emission faced by the industry were firstly introduced. Then, based on the relevant energy consumption standards for zinc smelting industry, the current comprehensive energy consumption of several zinc smelting enterprises, and the analysis of unit process energy consumption, it is pointed out that zinc hydrometallurgy enterprises should make reform by reducing power consumption of smelting process and coke consumption in slag treatment process. Finally, with the overall situation of zinc smelting enterprises taken into consideration, it is proposed that zinc smelting enterprises should make technological innovation by adjusting the structure of source materials, controlling processes, consuming and utilizing resources across various industries, as well as treating final carbon emissions, so as to achieve the target of eco-friendly and sustainable development.
